In addition to the first level master suite and the main floor bedroom, the sleeping accommodations include two large bedrooms on the third level, both of which offer a split king bed arrangement, sliding glass door access to their own decks, and the use of a shared, full bath.  One of these bedrooms also includes a large TV with cable access.  There is also a laundry room on this floor, and it provides access to the hot tub, which exists on a large deck just one floor below on the fourth level.

An optional fifth bedroom exists as well.  It contains a twin bed and a twin pop up trundle that can be converted to a king bed. This bedroom is located on the sealed-off fourth level next to the hot tub.  It does require the guest to step outside and go up a one floor to access the main house. The built-in hot tub on this level sits on a large deck, has room for 8 to 10 people and faces the incredible views of Aspen, Ajax Mountain, Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola, the Roaring Fork River Valley and Independence Pass.

This home offers a heated garage, parking for two cars, and a heated driveway.  However, the "Dial-a-Ride" service is an inexpensive call-up shuttle system that works in concert with Aspen's great public transit system This system also serves all four major ski areas and the airport, so there is no need to rent a car and hassle with hard to find parking spaces when you stay in our home.
